Travel N Relax has always assumed that the online travel booking engines would continually provide the best travel pricing to the end consumer. As such we have never attempted to compete on price.
Rather, our differentiation point has always been in exceeding customer expectations, and offering great customer service from the beginning moments of the client’s trip planning all the way through to their return home.
Travel N Relax has always rejected the notion that people must choose between bargains and great service when they travel. Therefore, when we began this study the original purpose was simply to show the minimal cost difference between Travel N Relax and the online services, particularly when one also compares the extreme service levels that divide us.
With that background using the same common denominators for all packages we were truly amazed and very much surprised by the results we discovered. Here is the information we inputted and the results we discovered:

Expedia Price - $ 3,476.98 + Hotel resort fee: $16 per room/night. Collected by hotel (total price = $3556.98) – Includes only the air, hotel and car + a 5 day Park Hopper ticket. Does not include any of the other features noted in the Travel N Relax package.
Orbitz Price - $ 3,484.97 – Includes only the air, hotel and car + a 5 day Park Hopper ticket. Does not include any of the other features in the Travel N Relax package.
… Based on the above calculations, and using Travelocity which came out the least expensive of the online 3, you attain a $ 234.34 cost savings using Travel N Relax + the client gets 1 extra day per person in the parks (6 days vs. 5) + all of the other package features the other 3 do not offer + the full service of Travel N Relax. Clearly based on this information, Travel N Relax comes out the leader in both service and value.
